Since our doors opened in 1898 in England, Arkansas, Bank of England Mortgage has been providing down home service. Along with powerful nationwide mortgage loans, we offer clients peace of mind knowing they are working with a credible national mortgage banker. These details may vary based on the type of client we serve and it will be customized to fit your unique financial goals, needs and priorities.

As we continue through the process, we need to keep building your loan file. This step may require for you to submit another requirements that may come up along the process; but don’t worry, your Loan Officer will guide you and support every step of the way!

Find a Home

Once you find a home and the seller accepts your offer, we'll arrange for an appraisal and handle the rest of the process. This is where the exciting part begins!

Final Approval

The underwriter carefully examines the appraisal, contract, and all other loan documents to ensure that all conditions are met and the necessary documentation is in place for final approval.
